The website ai-white.com (the “Site”) is operated by AIWhite Ltd. (company no. 517089470) (“AIWhite”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who the Site is for
The Site provides general information about AIWhite and the technology we are developing. It is intended for investors, healthcare professionals and business partners.
3. Regulatory status and no medical advice
The AIWhite robotic whitening system is under development. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, has not been CE-marked, and has not been registered with the Medical Devices Division of the Israeli Ministry of Health (AMAR). It is not available for sale.
Descriptions of the system, its intended use and its expected benefits reflect design goals and prototype development; they are not claims of safety or effectiveness. Nothing on the Site is medical or dental advice.
4. Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Site about our development plans, regulatory pathway, timelines and markets are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties, so actual results may differ. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; not to introduce malicious code or disrupt the Site’s operation; and not to use automated means to scrape or collect content from the Site.

The Site links to WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
